Q incorporated is a member of a Consultancy Alliance of skilled IT and Digital consultants that provide similar and additional services as Q incorporated. These consultants are available to help provide temporary cover or extra support in case the consultant of Q incorporated is not available for critical delivery moments. Every consultant in our Alliance has been fully vetted and has previously worked with another member of our group.
So, who better to find a temporary substitute than Q incorporated, as it knows and understands both the client’s needs and organisation as well as the skill level and aptitude of a temporary replacement. Even if all consultants of our Alliance are engaged on other assignments, Q incorporated will endeavour to find someone who is on a less critical project that can fill the position until its consultant returns. This temporary replacement could also allow the client time to look for alternative replacement should the absence be long term.
The cost and time to bring the substitute up to speed with your project and ways of working will be fully borne by Q incorporated. Obviously, should there be delays in provisioning access or providing any bespoke equipment required, this could delay how soon the substitution could start. Any payments for the work carried out will continue to be paid to Q incorporated. It will be the responsibility of Q incorporate to settle all costs or payments to the substitution consultant until either the Q incorporated consultant is available to return or the service contract with Q incorporated is terminated.

The sole purpose of Q incorporated being member of the Consultancy Alliance is to provide the ability to supply a suitable, skilled and prepared substitute for short term replacement in unforeseen circumstances.
