In parallel to the Tech-Build, Q incorporated advocates a proper build phase to create the relevant and required support and training tools, materials and (revamped) processes. These artefacts need to be available when the digital feature or solution is released and rolled-out into your digital operations. Often this activity falls in-between various organizational teams and as a result outputs are mis-aligned or incomplete when solutions are released.

Q incorporated provides coordination and management of this type of build-work, including the organization of Support Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate operational-readiness when new solutions and features are released.
